The company's Research and Development Center has established six technical platforms: water-based polyurethane, acrylic emulsion, hydroxy acrylic dispersions, epoxy/amine, water-based alkyd/polyester and water-based UV. Nearly 300 products have been developed, forming a complete product system to meet the full range of customer needs. With a strong technical team, rich application experience and detailed experimental data, Huaguoshan has become an integrated service provider for oil-to-water companies to provide raw material selection, coating formula design and painting consultation and application. The company has a professional synthesis and application laboratory equipped with precision instruments such as GC-MS, GPC, DSC and PSDA from world class instrument suppliers such as Agilent, Swiss Metrohm and Malvern. It can instantly detect ppb-level hazardous substances and nano-level particle size distribution of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in batches. The factory covers an area of 20,000 m2 and the research and development center is over 4,000 m2. The production line adopts equipment and processes that are at the leading level in China, and has perfect licenses and production lines for acrylic emulsion, polyurethane, epoxy resin and amine curing agent, polyester, UV resin, isocyanate curing agent, etc. Equipped with highly efficient VOCs and solvent recovery devices, it can control product residual monomer below 10ppm and has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. Under the complete quality control regime and system, each product has undergone strict inspection and repeated testing to ensure high performance and stability, and has passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certification. The products have been widely used in wood furniture, toys, wooden doors, cabinets, as well as metal steel structures, rail transportation, engineering machinery, plastics, industrial flooring and other water-based coatings.
